Multi-Plastics introduces MULTI-Lid lidding films

Multi-Plastics, Inc., an Ohio-based manufacturer and supplier of thin gauge films, has introduced a new line of lidding films for the packaging market. This product line complements Multi-Plastics’ flexible packaging and labeling films that are primarily used in food contact markets. 

The MULTI-Lid line contains five different polyester film laminations offering multiple options for peelable seals to a multitude of tray resins.  Microwavable, ovenable, chillable or freezable options available. All of which can be printed if desired.

“We have worked diligently to align ourselves with quality manufacturers to deliver a dependable product. As unsupported films, the lidding line fits perfectly within our product offerings and is a logical diversification line for us,” explains David Parsio, business development manager for Multi-Plastics.

All distribution facilities stocking the lidding materials are audited yearly by AIB International ensuring the company’s commitment to food safety throughout the supply chain.
